Cancellation Policy
For your safety and ours, all clients must complete online intake form prior to any services. Failure to do so will result in refusal of services.
-A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
-Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or missed without notice, will forfeit the deposit. No-call/no-show appointments may be charged up to 99% of the service price.
-A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may require rescheduling, and the deposit will be forfeited to respect the time reserved for your appointment.
