Cancellation Policy
We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
General Policies: Must be 18 years or older to receive a service, unless there is a legal guardian present at the time of service.
No children allowed at time of service.
50% deposit due at time of booking & is nonrefundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.
No call/no shows will be charged 99% of price of service cost & will be banned from booking again.
There is a 10 minute grace period- if you are more than 10 minutes late, a $15 fee will be charged.
If you are 15+ minutes late, you will need to reschedule and will not be refunded deposit.
